Unit Status

Palm Screen To access the CAD Status Monitor, select the icon shown to the left.
Palm Screen Tap on the drop-down list and select the desired agency.
Palm Screen The resources of any County dispatched agency can be monitored.

Redwood City Fire is selected for use in the example below.

Palm Screen This is the Status Monitor screen (for RCFD).

Fire station districts are shown left aligned and begin with FS. They represent a geographical area protected by the station indicated.

Units currently located in these districts appear to the right. For example, no fire units are in District 11 and Engine 9 is in District 12.

Active incidents appear below the districts. E10 for example, is on an incident at 513 Carlos Avenue in Redwood City.

Palm Screen A tap on a unit in the Status Monitor produces the screen shown to the left.

This screen displays the personnel currently on the apparatus, incident information such as case number and times, and the recent history of this unit (incidents, crew changes, pages, etc.).
