How do I register to receive incident notifications?
FireDispatch.com can send notifications to any e-mail address for some incident types.
- Click the 'Register' item in the menu bar while using a desk computer. (It won't work from a mobile phone.)
- Enter your name, password and e-mail address.
- You will receive a verification message via e-mail. Click the verification link.
- Login using your e-mail address and password. Your name will appear in the menu bar.
- Click on your name. A dropdown menu will appear. Click "Settings".
- Enter the e-mail address of the device you want to receive notifications on and select the type of notifications you desire to receive.
- Click the "Update" button.
- Click the "Home" menu item to return to the active incident list.
- You can change your settings at any time by clicking on "Settings".
You will need to re-register if you previously received notifications using our older software.
