Active Incidents PQA

Palm Screen Download the PQA by clicking here.Download Incidents.pqa (1.01) When prompted for the download location, select the Add-on folder in your Palm Desktop directory.

Double-click the Palm Desktop icon. Click on the Install button.

In the drop-down list, select the name that corresponds to your organizer. Click Add. Select Incidents.pqa and click Open.

Perform a HotSync operation to install the application.

To view active fire department incidents in San Mateo County, select the icon shown to the left.

The South Zone extends from Menlo Park to Belmont and includes the coastal areas.

The Central Zone extends from San Mateo to Millbrae.

The North Zone extends from San Bruno to Daly City.
Palm Screen All active calls in the zone(s) are now displayed.

Each incident is organized as follows:

  • Event time (Incident number)
  • Jurisdiction
  • Incident type
  • Location
  • Unit(s) responding
Individual unit statuses are also indicated as shown below.

A comment indicating an incident function or location may follow the unit ID.

Palm Screen Tapping the Stats link on the opening screen displays a summary of all calls since midnight.

The quantity and percentage of each incident type is shown.
