The first column shows the title of the clip. In the example there are two video clips for this incident. Their titles are "Wedged cat" and "Wall breach". Each clip is encoded for two Internet connection speeds - Dial-up modem and DSL/Cable. If you connect to the Internet through a dial-up modem, click on the Dial-up hyperlinks to play either video. If you have a DSL or cable modem (or similar or faster) connection to the Internet, click on the DSL/Cable hyperlinks to play either video.
