Active Incidents
Palm Screen To view active incidents, select the icon shown to the left.
Palm Screen Tap on the drop-down list and select the desired agency.

Tap the Display button.

Palm Screen All active calls in the selected agency are now displayed.

Each incident is organized as follows:

  • Event time and (incident number)
  • Jurisdiction and (radio channel)
  • Incident type
  • Location
  • Unit(s) responding
Individual unit statuses are also indicated as shown below.

E14Acknowledged, but not yet enroute
%E14Enroute
>E14Onscene
*>E14Available, but still on scene

A comment indicating an incident function or location may follow the unit ID.

Palm Screen Tapping the Daily Totals link at the bottom of the page displays a summary of all calls since midnight.
Palm Screen The quantity and percentage of each incident type is shown.
